Rebecca Stadnicki, MATL’26

“As an educator, I always felt a deep commitment to making a difference in my classroom, but through the Mount Holyoke MAT Teacher Leadership Program, I discovered how much more I could contribute. This program empowered me with strategies to lead beyond my classroom walls, collaborate more effectively with my peers, and advocate for positive changes within our school community. The instructors provided a perfect blend of practical tools and inspiring insights, fostering my growth both professionally and personally. As a full time teacher and mother of two, the flexibility of online/evening courses has allowed me to intertwine the program into my schedule with ease. The MAT Teacher Leadership Program has truly redefined what it means to be a teacher-leader. I highly recommend it to any educator ready to make a lasting impact!”
